AI AT WORK

Program & practical details

Most AI courses show you how to chat with a chatbot. Employers already expect that.

This course teaches you to use AI for real office work: writing, research, data, presentations and simple automation.

You learn to check what AI gives you, and to use it safely and legally.

Every week you build something you keep. After six weeks you have a personal AI work kit you can show to an employer.

Meet your trainer:

Cristian Alexandru Flutur

Artificial Intelligence & Entrepreneurship

Alex is an AI expert and the trainer behind AID Learning artificial intelligence courses.

His background is in automation, lean digital systems and Industry 4.0, and he has worked as a consultant with Danish companies across many sectors.

He also runs his own media production business, so he teaches AI and entrepreneurship from daily practice, not theory.

As an international who has lived in Denmark for more than ten years, he knows how to work, apply and do business here, and he teaches with that in mind.

Who is this for?

Jobseekers who want an office job in HR, marketing, sales, project management, administration or a similar field. Internationals and Danes are both welcome. You should be comfortable with a computer, email and basic Office tools. You do not need any coding or technical background.

What you will build:

Automations, custom AI assistants and spreadsheet tools you can demonstrate, together with tests that show how well they work. You also leave with a prompt library, a sourced sector briefing, a presentation built with AI, an updated LinkedIn profile and a process map. Together they form your personal AI work kit.

Skills and evidence:

  • Build workplace automations. Evidence: a live automation with an AI step, run at least 10 times with test data.
  • Create custom AI assistants. Evidence: a working assistant for a real task, with a user guide.
  • Use AI with spreadsheet tasks. Evidence: a working spreadsheet tool that another person can use without help.
  • Test outputs and identify errors. Evidence: a measured failure rate for one of your prompts, before and after improving it.

Program:

Week 1,

Foundations and core skills (20 hours). Introduction to AI, AI law and your data, where AI fails, prompting, checking AI output, research, writing and business communication, safe use, AI in Microsoft 365 and Google, presentations. Exercise: test one prompt on 5 real cases and measure how often it fails. Output: failure log, prompt library, checking checklist, sector briefing, writing templates, presentation.

Week 2,
