Get hired with AI

AI finds the jobs. AI drafts the application.

You read it and send it.

Program & practical details

Applying for jobs takes hours: finding the right ads, rewriting your CV, writing a new letter every time. In this free workshop you build your own AI job search pipeline.

It finds new jobs, scores them against your profile, and drafts a tailored CV and cover letter for the best matches.

You always read, edit and send the application yourself. The AI does the busywork, you make the final click.

Meet your trainer:

Cristian Alexandru Flutur

Artificial Intelligence & Entrepreneurship

Alex is an AI expert and the trainer behind AID Learning artificial intelligence courses.

His background is in automation, lean digital systems and Industry 4.0, and he has worked as a consultant with Danish companies across many sectors.

He also runs his own media production business, so he teaches AI and entrepreneurship from daily practice, not theory.

As an international who has lived in Denmark for more than ten years, he knows how to work, apply and do business here, and he teaches with that in mind.

Who is this for?

Jobseekers in Denmark, in any field. Internationals and Danes are both welcome. You are actively applying for jobs, or about to start. You should be comfortable with a computer, email and the internet. You do not need any AI or technical experience.

What you will build:

Your own AI job search pipeline. It gathers new jobs from Jobnet and Jobindex into a Google Sheet, scores them against your profile, and drafts a tailored CV and cover letter for the best matches, checked by AI and waiting in Gmail. You always read, edit and send the application yourself.

What you leave with:

  • A master profile: a master CV and career profile with only true facts.
  • An automated job search: a daily job feed in a Google Sheet, with every job scored.
  • Tailored applications: a CV and cover letter drafted with AI for a real job ad.
  • A checked application: one real application, reviewed and ready to send.

Workshop program:

  1. 0:00, Welcome and tech check. The pipeline in one picture and three rules.
  2. 0:10, How applications are read. Danish CV and cover letter norms.
  3. 0:25, Master profile. Build your master CV and career profile.
  4. 0:55, Step 1: Gather. Job alerts feed a Google Sheet automatically.
  5. 1:40, Step 2: Score. AI rates each job against your profile.
  6. 2:05, Step 3: Tailor. AI drafts a CV and cover letter for your best matches.
  7. 2:55, Step 4: Check. A second AI step flags errors and creates a Gmail draft.
  8. 3:15, Step 5: Read and send. You review, edit, send and log the application.
  9. 3:35, Stay safe. Scams aimed at jobseekers and privacy with free AI tools.
  10. 3:50, What next. Questions, and an intro to our six-week courses.
