Meet your trainer:

Cristian Alexandru Flutur
Artificial Intelligence & Entrepreneurship
Alex is an AI expert and the trainer behind AID Learning artificial intelligence courses.
His background is in automation, lean digital systems and Industry 4.0, and he has worked as a consultant with Danish companies across many sectors.
He also runs his own media production business, so he teaches AI and entrepreneurship from daily practice, not theory.
As an international who has lived in Denmark for more than ten years, he knows how to work, apply and do business here, and he teaches with that in mind.
Who is this for?
Jobseekers who want to start their own business in Denmark. Any type of business. Internationals and Danes are both welcome. You have a business idea, or a problem you want to solve, and you are willing to talk to potential customers. You should be comfortable with a computer, email and basic Office tools. You do not need any coding or technical background.
What you will build:
A tested business that is ready to register: a business model checked with real customers, a price that works, a brand, marketing content and a website with a booking page. AI and automation handle much of the admin: your own AI business assistant and automated booking and follow-up. You finish with a registration plan, ready to submit after the course. Together this forms your personal business kit.
Skills and evidence:
Certificate: AID Learning certificate of completion, Start Your AI Automated Business: 2-Week Course, 40 hours. Awarded to participants who attend at least 80% of the sessions, complete their business kit and give their final pitch.
Six-week program:
Week 1,
Test the idea and set the price (20 hours). Elevator pitch, benefits and your business, Business Model Canvas and value proposition, AI foundations and prompting, validation with real customers, AI market and competitor research, the Danish market, pricing, personas, marketing strategy and brand, safe use. Exercise: talk to 3 potential customers and judge the evidence. Output: business model, validation results, competitor overview, price calculation, brand kit.
Week 2,
Get visible and automate (20 hours). Marketing copy and digital content with AI, website, booking page and sales channels, your AI business assistant, automating your admin, tools and costs, admin, legal and registration plan, final pitch. Exercise: build your website, assistant and automations. Output: marketing content, website, AI assistant, live automations, registration plan, final pitch.
